1.2. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services and to cooperate throughout the project.

Website Development

2.1. J.E. Web Studio will develop a website based on the specifications agreed upon with the client.
2.2. The client acknowledges that J.E. Web Studio is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback in a timely manner.
2.3. The client retains responsibility for all content provided, ensuring it complies with applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

3.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, associated with the website developed by J.E. Web Studio shall remain the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2. J.E. Web Studio reserves the right to showcase the client’s website in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Payment

4.1. The client agrees to pay J.E. Web Studio the agreed-upon fees for the Services rendered.
4.2. Payments shall be made according to the agreed-upon schedule and method.
4.3. In the event of late or non-payment, J.E. Web Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services.

Confidentiality

5.1. J.E. Web Studio and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
5.2. J.E. Web Studio may disclose confidential information if required by law or to protect its own legal interests.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. J.E. Web Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
6.2. J.E. Web Studio makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the website or Services provided.

Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the Services with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
7.2. Upon termination, the client shall pay any outstanding fees due to J.E. Web Studio for Services rendered.

Amendments

8.1. J.E. Web Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
8.2. The client shall be bound by the most recent version of the Terms posted on the J.E. Web Studio website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where J.E. Web Studio is registered.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
